UWI Today - Article on Angela Cropper
UWI Today interviewed Angela Cropper on her being named as one of five receipients of honorary doctorates from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine campus, in October. Overview of Existing Cape Science Syllabi
The Cropper Foundation hosted a seminar for CAPE Science Teachers on June 16, 2006 in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Trinidad and Tobago, and the country's Environmental Management Authority.  Declan Hive, a Geography Teacher at IERE High School, delivered a presentation at the seminar.  It is made available here.

Annual Conference on the topic of "Trees for poverty alleviation"
On June 9, 2006, the Swiss Centre for International Agriculture ZIL held its Annual Conference on the topic of "Trees for poverty alleviation."  Angela Cropper, Chair of CIFOR's (Center for International Forestry Research) Board of Trustees, delivered a key note presentation.  Attached is the programme flyer.

Professor Gustave Speth lectures on the Caribbean and Climate Change
Professor Gustave Speth, Dean of Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, delivered “The Caribbean & Climate Change: The Risks Ahead and the Needed Responses” - the first Public Lecture in an Annual Distinguished Lecture Series, on May 16th 2006.  It was done in collaboration with Trinidad & Tobago's Ministry of Public Utilities and the Environment, The Cropper Foundation, and the Environmental Management Authority.
